Oh my gosh. I loved this workout - especially booty and leg day. 😍 Remember as a kid when you would say something like "I love this", it was oft times followed by an off putting statement like, "if you love it so much, why don't you marry it?" ... well. SALTY fitness... will you marry me. I am hopelessly devoted to this. To quote a Lil bit of Olivia Newton John ❤️

LATTE UPDATE. Upped her phenobarbital ... we are awaiting more blood work results. But our numerological believes they are Orthostatic tremors.

CHOCO UPDATE- His chin is still irritated... going on 4 months now. We are doing hydrolyzed protien for 12 weeks, mites (nexguard meds) just in case, and steroid ointment

I believe in the healing power of Jesus! So if you pray, we could use it
