I only go to 10 on the AMRAP -but I used a 40, 25s and 35 (in that order for the exercises) I couldn’t hold the 35 over head, so I put it behind my shoulders for the lunges. AND extra heavy band for the 2nd AMRAP Like WHAT? Beast over here. And the snatch, I could only go to “raise your elbow”, I can’t get it over head YET.

I loved this. 😍 Remember as a kid when you would say something like "I love this", it was oft times followed by an off putting statement like, "if you love it so much, why don't you marry it?" ... well.
