Some may look at “yogish flow” and think “that sounds easy!” But even Jenny finds a way to level up yoga! Love the breathing and stretching but still have plenty of room for improvement.

Completed Saturday’s leg day this morning in lieu of tonight’s live… wowza!! I’ll be feeling that tomorrow (or quite frankly, probably this afternoon). Happy hump day everyone!

Some days I wonder if I’m making any progress, this morning I realized I’ve come so far since joining Get Salty in December. I used to struggle doing modified sit outs - today I did unmodified sit outs for the duration of the circuit and even tried to throw in a few of the donkey kick variations! I looked like a fish out of water trying to level up but I realized even doing the regular ones was a total win! Great start to week 3 👏🏼

Jenny has me in a toxic relationship with Craig 🤪 but on a real note…. I felt the most athletic I’ve ever felt doing those burpees today! Get salty works y’all!

Started the morning with a peloton ride and the 20 minute core session… ended the day playing kickball in the rain for 3 hours to win a championship. I am BEAT! Tomorrow will be my rest day then I’ll hit it hard again Saturday! Let’s finish the week strong, everyone!

Sending thoughts, prayers and good vibes! Having a sick pup is the worst since they can’t tell you what’s going on. They deserve the highest level of care just like any human would!

There’s been a cold front this week + gray skies but my mind is fixated on the live tonight! We all have great momentum and joining tonight will only propel us forward!
