Loved back and biceps yesterday 💪🏼 and love having flexibility in this schedule - I’ve never considered myself a runner, but back in April I decided to challenge myself to become one. I’ve been working in 1-2 runs a week and Get Salty has definitely increased my athletic ability to help me do this!

Full body Friday was 🔥🔥🔥 it really had me reminiscing on when I started Get Salty in January 2023 - I couldn’t even do 1 sit out, today I did front sit outs for 30 seconds, multiple rounds in a row! Feeling strong, athletic, and proud knowing my hard work is paying off 💪🏼 thanks for the awesome programs that got me here, Jenny! There’s no stopping me now!

Day one ✅ and I am salty af!!! (The good kind) that leg day just got my HYPED UP for the rest of this program. Cheers to the next 8 weeks!

A little behind, but today I finished The Grind!!! All trophy sessions plus dance cardio, yoga, stretches, and more along the way. Super proud of my growth over the past 12 (~14) weeks 💪🏼 Jenny - this was an AWESOME program! Can’t wait to do the Salty Seven and Beach Shred!

Real talk real quick: upper body days have always intimidated me because I’ve never felt particularly strong in my upper body. Today I was dreading week 2’s Push Day because 36 minutes of upper body felt impossible. Well, I did it and I felt DAMN GOOD!!! I’ve been doing Get Salty workouts for 1 whole year now and I can tell it’s really paying off. So thankful for Jenny’s workouts and proving to myself that I can do hard things 💪🏼

Did week 3 mini cardio today and my in laws didn’t have any light/moderate weights… got creative and grabbed a case of high noons from the fridge 😂 they got the job done! Hope everyone has a great LDW!
