Completed week 4 back day today and had to go UP in weights on multiple exercises! Happy Thursday yall 💪🏼

I did the Murph session yesterday, too! It was great! Need to buy a weighted vest to do it again in the future!

Was planning on taking a few active rest days (walking, golf, water sports) during Memorial Day for travel which turned into a week thanks to a stomach bug I picked up along the way. It felt so good getting salty this morning with the primal full body day! Excited to catch up and get back after it 💪🏼

Whew! I was not expecting to get so Salty today with the absence of heavy cardio, but let me tell ya I was DRIPPING sweat! Great back session!!

Great throwback HIIT session this morning, couldn’t even give my legs time to get sore after yesterday’s leg day! Cant believe we’re already in week 3 of this program - it’s flying by!

Took my active rest day yesterday and completed the chest/core session today - loved the format and will definitely revisit when I’m traveling and have limited equipment!

I definitely felt like a fish out of water doing those but told myself to just have fun with it!

Full body Friday? More like full mind, body, spirit 👊🏼🥵that session was killer!
