Trace Kennedy I had to take yesterday and today off bc I ended up catching the stomach flu from Henry. It was terrible! It took me out and I might need a couple of days to recover.

I am going to have to push today's chest session to tomorrow. I got the dreaded,” come get your kid, he's throwing up” phone call this afternoon. Hoping to get a shorter session in yet tonight. Excited for week 12 but sad its ending 🫶

I LOVED today’s back session. I used my barbell for the cleans and added weight! Saturdays leg day was amazing. I used my barbell for sumo squats, added weight and squatted 95 lbs. I wanted to see if I could and I was able to. It’s so true, you’re capable of that heavier weight and the only way to find out is to push yourself. Happy Monday, ladies ✌️
