I hope this week goes smoother for you, friend❤️ I got six out of the seven sessions done for week three. It wasn't my best each day but showing up was my mantra for this last week. ❤️

Great session today. I won't lie; I cried when you mentioned the retreat 😭 I wish I could be there. If you are on the fence and can make it happen, go! You will not regret it. I am an introverted extrovert, and I took a chance and went to the retreat in 2023. I am seriously a bit depressed I can’t be there. 🥹❤️
