This was just what I needed after not working out for 2 weeks because of travel and then having one of the worst respiratory illnesses I’ve ever had. Definitely couldn’t do with the intensity that I normally would and had to take a break a few times to cough. I’m hoping it releases some good stuff in my body to help me heal from this illness. The music was an added bonus. Have not heard that last hymn in a very long time! 💕

I don’t think I’ll be getting in any Get Salty workouts this week. I’m in Orlando until Friday for my daughter’s cheer competition but I will be getting in some steps at the parks. Day one was at Sea World! Hope everyone has a great week!

This was so good!!! I’ve been redoing the beach shred series since I was already a few weeks into it when beast mode started but I wanted a different full body workout today . Now I can’t wait to do beast mode!
