Thank you for your words during this session. Going through perimenopause while having a daughter going through puberty has got to a test from the devil. These sessions are one of the things helping me cope and keep my sanity intact. On the thankful side of things is that my daughter is generally one of the most joy filled and happy preteens I’ve ever encountered and I have a wonderful doctor that’s helping me work though my symptom management. Keep grinding everyone with whatever you’re going through in this season of life. 💗

I needed your positive energy today. Thank you for this!!!  It gave me the energy to follow this up with another quick 20 minute cardio session.  🥰

Despite not enough 😴 (thanks to a recent diagnosis of perimenopause).  This session was ❤️‍🔥.  Love the notes section.  Using a barbell has been a new thing for me during the Grind so I like that I can keep track of what I load on it week to week.

Some feedback for you Jenny Fisher

So I am seeing on my calendar that I have a streak of 3 days going. But for the badge, it’s only giving me credit for 1 of the workouts you attached to this post since I did the other 2 prior to the badges coming out. I wonder if we only get the badges if they are workouts you have attached to a challenge like you did here?

Danielle Powell I have the same one as Jenny. I’ve tried another brand and they can say all they wanted about it being tasteless but I had to choke it down every day. The nutricost one is pretty tasteless and mixes well.
