Holy cow my arms were shaking when I was trying to make breakfast after this session. And also, what in the superwoman Jenny Fisher with those donkey kicks to a handstand 🤯! I’m just getting to the point where I can donkey kick and keep myself up for a hot second. #goals. I feel like if anyone can do those they deserve bragging rights here. I wanna know! LOL.

Wow! You weren’t kidding about this being the biggest leg session yet. I finished about 20 minutes ago and I’m already feeling the after effects.

I’m really loving the Saturday sessions lately! I feel like they really force yourself to be honest with yourself about the amount of effort you’re really putting in to get yourself to that level 9/10. I definitely had to check myself and realized that driveway sprints weren’t cutting it. Luckily I live on a hill and was able to sprint up the hill. By the last 20 second interval I was gassed! 😮‍💨Thanks Jenny Fisher for the ongoing coaching you provide during the sessions that make us check ourselves.

Did some cleaning of the house on Saturday, made homemade icecream with my girls. They helped their dad with yard work. Went to church Sunday and chilled the rest of the day.

That hollow body tip was helpful at the end. I was intentional about holding myself like that when my feet were on the wall and as I was lowering I was able to hold it for a few seconds without the wall before coming down. Learning new tricks at 42 is fun!🤩
