I have a space heater in my garage too! I’m not sure which is worse, working out when it’s 20 degrees and the handles of the weights are freezing or sweating bullets when it’s 100% humidity during the summer. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Normally I would sprint up and down my driveway for the HIIT but it’s raining this morning. I improvised and remembered I had this thick band. I wrapped it around my husband’s work bench and did sprints this way. Talk about your heart rate skyrocketing within seconds! 🥵

I had a “just show up” day today for sure. When my husband is out of town for work, I try to get my workouts done early, otherwise I worry all morning whether I’ll have time before I have to start my work day. There was no part of me that wanted to crawl out of the comfort of my bed at 5:15am and go workout in my 25 degree garage. 🥶
