If anyone was a fly on my wall this morning… you would have witnessed my handstand attempts followed by my 90lb golden ramming me with his stuffed turtle 🐢 He thought I was playing 🤷🏼♀️. The chest session was a real burner followed by the grand finale of me slamming to the ground 🤣🔥
I am so proud of myself for finishing this challenge. The amount of growth I have seen in myself in just 8 short weeks is amazign. And it’s not just physical growth/ the mental growth is what is most impressive to me. And this community gave me that! Thank you Jenny and my salty squad….. I am so grateful 🧂💪🏼

I found a session where Jenny just showed the movement and than just let you go for 10 minutes blocks! It was perfect and what I needed! It was just me and my music and grinding!
Missing my Get Salty community. I am at surf camp in Portugal checking off my bucket list for my birthday. Humbled by the waves - tossed like a salad everyday. I laugh get up and keep going. I am surfing with mostly twenty year olds and they are so kind and encouraging. Today I got up three times. I am in this surf town and everybody is dreamy surfer guy and gal. I know the Get Salty mindset helped me achieve this goal. Lots of Stay Salty surf stores here. Happy 4th! 🎉
After a long 2.5 weeks off - so crazy busy with a school program I taught and my boy's sports schedules I worked out twice. I was exhausted and drained. This week I couldn't work out bc our workout equipment is in our garage, and our air quality in the Great Lakes region has been dangerously high bc of the fires in Canada. I tried working out one day, and halfway through got a horrible headache. So, today even though it's humid, I am back at it! Sometimes you take a longer break than you'd like, but that’s life 😊
Did the retreat 45-minute session we did at the Wanderer, and seriously just took me back to the retreat. Missed the DJ and live positive reinforcement from Billie, Emmett and Jenny, but enjoyed the sweet and salty memories from that day. Used both my booty bands, along with a kettle bell for rows and hip thrusters, and a band with handles for the lat pull-downs. Just bumping up the play a little bit more! Have a great weekend everyone!
We are on a hotel room for the night. The girls saw the gym were begging to workout with me in the morning. I didn’t even think of packing shoes and clothes! So bumped would of loved to do that with them! Love that they think this is fun!
