Sharing this for anyone who may be interested…my kids got me these for Xmas. Super cool invention. I pop these babies on my weights and I can easily get an increase without having to purchase a whole new dumbbell set. I think they’re from Amazon.

Lately, I’ve been doing workouts late in the evening because of schedules. Do you still recommend a shake or some kind of protein after late workouts when it’s close to bedtime? I’ve always tried to not eat anything a few hours before bed.
