My body told me what I needed today, and I finally listen. I felt like running to release some of the travel stress, and playing catch-up with work, so I did. IT. WAS.THE.BEST thing I could have done today to make me move and feel better. It was a run for me, not for time, not to see how fast I could go, it was just for me and it felt so good. I donโt like to deviate from the training sessions, but sometimes you need it and I am learning to be ok with it. My new word after the salty retreat is VARIETY for nutrition and exercise! ๐๐ซถ๐ผ

I gave myself the weekend to rest for sure, but I don't want to break from something so good. At this point, GS is part of my daily routine. It is built in. It's something I look forward to. Also, my 1 yo decided she only wanted a 30 minute nap and mom works ft from home. I had to get back to work so little miss joined me
I wouldn't hate it if there were more sessions with Hanson playing in the background ๐ but for real, I'm appreciating these workouts this week. Easing back into things.

I gotta make time for me so I can make time for my girls. Nora and I have finally found a solid routine. Pool/water table/crawl around the garage while mama gets salty. Wednesday week 6 - DONE!
