Can’t believe we did six weeks already! But man, I can feel the challenge and the changes! I was able to do 30lbs on my single arm snatch 😆 so excited!
Oh my, Lord! 🤣This workout kicked me ***! In a good way. Loved it. I was dripping sweat and felt so dang strong after!
Upper body built tough! Sad to see this challenge end. Mondays live was an amazing session as always! Loved the AMRAP at the end!
I'm starting week 3 of the Strength building program next week and wondering what I should do next? Or, is there a new program coming up that I should wait for and join that?

This workout was 🔥. I was a spaz on the EMOM but got through. Happy weekend.
Even an hour after I’ve finished I’m still recovering! My arms refuse to move and my eyes need to close and woosa for a few minutes! Wow! That was so good!!
What a 🔥 session! Loved the EMOM. I’m crazy and I love burpees! My upper body is shaking! ❤️ great session as always!
