Today I woke up after not having slept well and was not feeling motivated to train. Nevertheless I got in my car and went to my Rockbox class because I knew I would feel better once I started...and it was amazing! I left so salty and feeling so great!For those that are not at the point to know that once you get past those first few minutes it will feel good, hang in there. You can even promise yourself that if you still aren't feeling it after 10 minutes you can stop, and I bet you won't actually. I hope that everyone gets to the point of knowing how amazing you will feel after if you aren't there yet. Happy weekend salt squad!

I'm about a week behind on this series due to some health issues and being out of town with no weights, but after all that so excited to be back at it. But my goodness...the 🔥🔥🔥. I have been so sore after completing those first few week 1 sessions. Mobility has felt awesome!

Definitely interested.  My husband would want to come too and we would turn it into a longer trip for sure.

Loved the 4x4 workout. I don't normally cuss you Jenny but when there was that one last set you forgot 😳🥵 some special words were spoken. It was freaking awesome though! Saved this one as a favorite too 😍🥰

Loved this morning's session!  So very salty and feeling awesome!  Pushed up to my highest weight for me ever on those last 2 minutes of snatches.  Definitely hit fatigue.  Will be coming back to this one in the future for sure!

Needed a quick leg workout this morning before work and Fire Starter was just the thing!  Had saved it in my favorites and now I remember why...hits some strength and some HIIT in a quick 40 min session.  Those rocket jumps get me every time when we hit them late in the session.  Legs were fatigued and on fire at the end, great throw back!

Can't wait to play catch up and do today's workout tomorrow morning. Really loving these final weeks. Gonna miss this one for sure.
