Like she said you can search for bodyweight only sessions in the app. I have some I have favorited and then download before I go on a trip so I don't even have to worry about Wi-Fi issues.

Who doesn't love a shout out? Even us introverts can love a shout out in the privacy of our own home...😊 So excited for this. Hoping my shoulder feels better so I'll be able to do the chest and shoulder sessions. I've had to hold off on the upper body sessions from the Salty 7 due to needed rest after a steroid injection. 🀞

This session and last week's "sick legs" session really hit the mark for me this week. I'm sick myself right now and can't do all the cardio like I would normally but the movement felt good. Backed off where I needed to and happy I showed up when I was feeling unmotivated to do much of anything. Hopefully I will be better by next week and that you will be too.

My πŸ‘ is so very sore after doing the week 8 leg session. My hammies feel it too. Definitely one to go back to later, and for those that haven't done it yet....it's πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯ but so worth it! I know I favorited it 😁

I just did this week's chest and core session, and Jenny are you trying to develop new "Satan's Rounds"?Β  That cardio AMRAP was killerπŸ₯΅ I was toast after that in my shoulders.Β  Loved the final AMRAP ladder challenge, tried to get back down the ladder a 2nd time but didn't quite make it, got farther than I thought I would though.Β  Fantastic session!Β  Go get it salt squad!Β Β

Today I woke up after not having slept well and was not feeling motivated to train. Nevertheless I got in my car and went to my Rockbox class because I knew I would feel better once I started...and it was amazing! I left so salty and feeling so great!For those that are not at the point to know that once you get past those first few minutes it will feel good, hang in there. You can even promise yourself that if you still aren't feeling it after 10 minutes you can stop, and I bet you won't actually. I hope that everyone gets to the point of knowing how amazing you will feel after if you aren't there yet. Happy weekend salt squad!

I'm about a week behind on this series due to some health issues and being out of town with no weights, but after all that so excited to be back at it. But my goodness...the πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯. I have been so sore after completing those first few week 1 sessions. Mobility has felt awesome!
