Trifecta today! Thanks to some PTO and cancelled plans, I decided to treat myself to a bedroom retreat while the chaos of our kitchen renovation continues. Disorder I have discovered does not bode well for my mental clarity or mood! Bedroom is one of the few places that doesn’t have stuff from the kitchen so this afternoon it became my retreat center. Started with the chest and shoulder session and about 40 minutes later did the cardio and core. Moved straight into the yogaish flow, and while my body is SPENT, my spirit is calm and centered. Not sure I would recommend three of these sessions in one day, but today it was exactly what I needed. I may think differently tomorrow…. Loving this challenge and love that we can make it our own depending on what our week looks like!

Loved that session! Taking a half day of PTO today and my plans ended up being cancelled, so now I get to catch up with salt sessions! Grabbing some lunch then heading to cardio and core! #myownpersonalretreat
