Annie squatting down to pick something up is a workout in and of itself today! No doubt by end of tomorrow’s sessions my arms will be in the same state! Week 1 Saturday HIIT is so good and so awful, it’s right up there with my top faves!

Chest and shoulders - Whew!! Was committed to the build track today until all your talk about the last 12 minutes. Decided I had to see for myself if I would “love” it! My inchworms were more like snails but I made it to the fourth rung in the ladder. Can’t believe I have a 2:30 meeting with a pink face to match my pink top! 💕

I hate you are dealing with this and absolutely am a praying girl! Praying for the right answers and the best treatment for your body! 🙏🏻🩵

The afterburner the day after is killer!

Opted to do Saturday’s HIIT session today because I hate missing a priority workout. Gassed to the mat and it was just what I needed to forget how sore my 🍑 is from yesterday’s leg session. Drenched from the top of my head to inside my shoes!

Back day is always a great day even when I’m not feeling 100 percent motivated. Was going to just stay for the strength portion, thinking that was all the energy I could give, but the strength portion got me all fired up, and I ended up staying for the burn portion. This was what I needed! Won’t make it to tomorrow’s session. Getting on the road early to head to a mini-family reunion. Back on Sunday and will try to hit it then. Have a wonderful weekend athletes!
