The week starting on Wednesday is throwing me off, and this week has been funky as fluff! Finished out week one today starting with the 24 minute cardio HIIT and then finished with the back and biceps. Was not into at first, but midway through the HIIT, my body started getting rid of all the stress and crap of the week and fell into a beautiful peaceful rhythm. Back and biceps session was awesome and I feel so much better and no doubt will finish the week strong. I haven’t missed two days in a row - I have been walking five+ miles a day, but this salty shit….. This stuff is what my body craves!

I’m a bit behind this week and plan to do the back and biceps workout from day six or seven and will go from there. First half of this week has been chaotic but I have at least managed to get five plus mile walks in every day - pays to have multiple dogs - all who require different levels of walks! Trying to give myself grace for the week and will just have to settle being behind for a few days. I don’t want to miss a single session so will try and double up where I can to catch up!

Redemtion is a beautiul thing, and I definitely redeemed myself from yesterday’s cardio hip hop with today’s leg session. I freaking loved this session and so did my body. Had to laugh at the difference in my outfit vs Jenny’s - I had thick sweats on, gloves, a sweatshirt, and a beenie. Porch workouts when it’s 49 degrees and damp require extra insalation! Goal for this challenge is to become as comfortable with cardio hip hop as i am throwing around weights! AWESOME SATURDAY SESSION!
