I really need them too! I have been combining my lighter weights for other exercises but that’s hard to do with the chest press! You look amazing! Those guns!💪🏻

Needed a little bit of space between Friday’s workout and Saturday’s chest and core. Grateful I waited until today to slay yesterday’s workout. Two areas of significant progression for me: 1. rolling pushups - after finally putting to bed the excuse that I didn’t have room to properly execute them, I laid out two mats and made room. Went through them with no problem. 2. Handstands - I used to hate handstands and for awhile my shoulder wouldn’t let me do them, so I just got my shoulders stronger, and today, I held the entire 40 seconds. That just felt like a really special victory. I am with Erika and need a heavier set of DB’s for the chest press, which I guess is also a good sign of progress. After this fourth week, I am noticing a difference in how I look and feel. Love love love this challenge! Thank you Jenny Fisher!🧂🩵
