Since tomorrow is leg day and I did absolutely nothing yesterday - and enjoyed every minute of it - I opted to get a long walk in this morning and did some focus strength work this afternoon. Worked on biceps, triceps, and core along with a little bit of back. Great thirty minute session that left me feeling energized and ready for week three! Hope all of you have had a great weekend!
