Hello everyone! I finally got to start training again! First season sine mid august! After an operation with complication that got me completely out of any kind of moving followed by a period of fever it felt so good to be back 🎉🎉🎉💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻did lover body on monday, chest today ❤️ love you all!

When i’m unable to train my normal routine, i Get depressed, but also i Get how extremely luck i am to be able to to do this 3-5 times a week ❤️ #lucky

My new situation!

Happy saturday morning my beloved salt squad friends and offcourse my beautiful, always keep me up with my training❤️

I know we discussed plantar fascia and feet pain at several times hun different threads and i’d told my excperience. Going back since 2015, made me quit running and had to skip skiing this season, i revisorer the foot doctor and said what do i do now. Did the physiotherapist program and did the shockwave treatmeant and it got just Worse. Soooo yesterday, i got the gastrocnemius release surgery (strange name since it got nothing with gastro to do but anyways…) . Left leg first and with specific excersices this might help me in 3-9 months 😁 so happy for this BUT this means i wil have to take a 3 weeks break before i can go back to normal training wich is Get Salty! Will miss it so much and i’m used to moving a lot and i need crutches for a week! Love u mean it❤️
