I just sweated out soft peanut brittle and cookies. Ha!Ha! For anyone new, WELCOME! Don’t give up! We started with no weight to very little weight and just kept going. You can do this.

Wow, great workout. I am feeling it all. Getting the “toxins” out. Needed the sweat, movement, and endorphins. Two steps back from the Holidays and looking forward to many steps forward.

What an amazing series! Took me a couple days after finishing to be able to move. But, week 6 was fire! 🔥. I may need to revisit it before the end of the year. I have never felt so Thankful for everything as I do this year. There are ‘rooting “ years and “flowering “ years. This was a “stripping” year. So many things out of our control, happened. And in that I found what what I should have been grateful for all along, life and love. Everything else is details.
