THIS perfectly describes Jenny! Somehow she can slay a leg workout then hammer out a Push session with not one, not two, but three AMRAPs (and an additional minute of our “favorite exercises.”). All she’s ask for is a little R-E-S-P-E-C-T.

Okay, this is completely unrelated…but everyone needs a good laugh. My husband Nate works out often with me. He’s tall and lanky (not exactly flexible, bad form from time to time, and doesn’t exactly love core workouts). He was looking at the upcoming week and says to me, “I was built for yoga.” I have no words. Stay Salty everyone.

Loved the first week, Thank you Jenny! My butt thanks you as well, even though I won’t be able to move tomorrow. I kept yelling at Nate today, “Flat back, use your hips.” You probably heard us all the way from Washington. Enjoy the weekend everyone.
