My favorite little ladies who smoked a recent 5K. There would be no way Nate and I could do these things without you Jenny Fisher. Hard things are hard and it’s usually not until after that we understand why it was all worth it. My legs are toast! Thank you.

To everyone, wherever you at in you fitness health, I want to encourage all of you to keep going. Today, Nate and I had the supreme pleasure of running a 5K with our nieces Livi (9) and Emelia (11) for “Girls on the Run.” An organization that sponsors young girls who can’t afford shorts, shirts, and tennis shoes. The organization encourages all girls to be physically active. It was wonderful to witness every girl with a smile coming across the finish line. As a bonus, if we hadn’t been doing Get Salty, there is no way we could have kept up with these two. The nine year old beat everyone in her school and me, in plus 90 degree heat with a time of 23 minutes flat. Stay Salty everyone. It’s so worth it!
