Hard to transition in some of these things - eszpecialy from the squats to the hip thrusts bc I don’t have a ball and I’m using different weights. Had to rewind a few times so I didn’t jip myself outta reps. 😂

Girl, I gained some weight during the move to MN bc of my ribs, but also, the trip 😜… and I was LEGIT able to keep up with you - get this- with weighs!!! Tah-Dah!

I cannot even believe it ! So proud of myself. I’m still struggling with the V ups, but I did do Alternating Lunge Jumps nto make up for it 😝
