Wowzers! Used 25s and 30s, 12s for the chest fly. It was super challenging. 40 for the suitcase. I am gonna feel it tomorrow! 😘

Holy hell. That one was amazeballs!! I got through 2 of the amrap. With weighted squats the 1st round. Bump that when the 2nd one came. 😆

I used to have migraines. They are awful. The only times I have them now are when the weather gets me… like tornadoes weather wed have would wreck me (when I used to live there). I started paying attn to what I was eating, drinking, smelling etc and began noticing that some things I was doing would cause it. Sucky to realize that. Hope this is your last! Prayers for you!
