Training hard… to me it’s all in the process and not thinking too much about where you want to be or where you were 5 years ago - but where you are right now; right here, right now - Bustin it and building on who are want to be today and honoring myself in the journey, growing and developing; toughing things out, never giving up just bc I didn’t eat the best one day or work out “like I should have”. No more rules over me like that’s !!! Thank you so much Jenny, and all y’all on here! You make it so easy to be my silly goofy self!

Today was tough. My wrist was hurting me a little bit. Doing a lot of mobility with it, icing it and going to my knuckles when I need to/ Yesterday BTW, I did the weighted side plank lifts on my hands; I didn’t notice you were on your elbows 🤷‍♀️ 🫤 But I did em 😊

Wow. So cool to know that - so technically I did only skip two days, bc I did both cardio sessions in one day and did a semi cardio day with the puppies instead for the hip hop day :o) Cool beaners! Not that i was beating myself up or anything, but I did want to do my best to commit to not missing 2 days in a row unless they were necessary rest days; which in my case were ❤️ Sweet! Can’t wait to listen to the zoom a zoom zoom call !!!!📞

Oh y’all I am challenging myself to be more present on the group chat this go round! I was a BB coach for years and some of the things posted would trigger that “fake” part in the fitness industry in order to gain influence and win people over to profit 😢 However, LOTS of healing this past year - thanks to my amazing husband and Jenn-A!!!! Love you all. I truly do. This group has been such an encouragement to me - beyond words !!!!!!! ♥️ Thank You Jenny!

SAME! My husband bought me a set up 35s and I already had 2 sets of 40s (idk) … I can’t wait to get a set up 45s! And maybe one 50!!!

That’s happened to me too. Lower back - had to take a week or so off. So much better to listen to your body than to regret you didn’t ❤️

Awesome, but I don’t see week 2 yet. Maybe need to refresh the app. Or slap apple upside the head 😂
