I got the back session in last night. I've been struggling the lat two weeks with just being exhausted. I'm burnt out from the school year and I think it’s catching up with me. Two more weeks! :) The rest of you are killing it. Keep it up, ladies.

I just finished the leg session today and asked my 15-year-old if he would ever do a session with me. He said, “No, I'm scared. I like leg days but yours look really hard.” 💪🏻🤣
