Pic of my kiddos to prove I did the workout lol! We love dogs but having one right now isn’t in the cards for our family. Also loved the workout. It made me realize that I need to work on grip strength though. During the last Amrap I knew I could go up in weight but my grip was giving out.

I found that doing them barefoot is much more comfortable for me. My shoe would limit my ankle mobility or it would make my ankle roll from side to side on top of the bench because it wasn’t making good/stable contact.

Welcome Leslie! I was the same way with being inconsistent and my nutrition was my biggest struggle. There’s something special about this group and Jenny that has helped me stay focused and the results have followed. I hope we can help you get your groove back!
