Loved this! Bear crawls were harder than bench pop-overs to me! 🥵 Was a little worried because I got shin splints after a fast bridge walk this week, but ugly compression socks helped today! 👊🏼

Love the hamstring curl hack! And the hack squat w ball (i used foam roller instead). 👊🏼 The bulgarians, on the other hand… 😅

This will def be a day where I rush to shower and then am still sweating when I get dressed for work. 🥵

I needed this!! 👏🏼 So far this week, I’ve only done the 3 priority workouts, but it has felt so good. Also was able to do some of the advanced work in the hiit part today, which is motivating. Thank you, Jenny! Oh, and I heard my name! 👏🏼👏🏼
