Did you know you can travel with dumbells? I packed 3lb dumbells in my roller bag and tested if I could get them through TSA. Of course, they flagged my bag since there were big metal things in it 🤣… but after checking them they told me 3lb weights are the max you can bring in a carry on 💪🏻 I know now to just keep them out of my bag as I go through security. While I wish I could bring heavier ones… a lot of the hotels haven’t had free weights so it’s better then nothing!
You’ve completed 8 weeks of progressive work to get the place where you have the confidence to say “I put in the work, I am the 1%.” As your coach I hope that you reached some goals, are moving toward your goals, but even more deeply, I hope that you’ve seen a shift in your relationship and perspective on fitness. Once that clicks, everything else becomes easier.
What’s next: Coach needs a few weeks to regroup and work on a quick nutrition + fitness challenge that will begin July 5th. You will have suggested sessions on your feed and your calendar until then!

Did the first 2 rounds with a booty band. Then during the second round tried to go all the way to the full minute if I could. After those 2 rounds still felt like I had gas in the tank so I choose to do round 3 with no band and went the full minute but didn’t count just found my speed and went for the minute! Great session!
Still working on finishing up beach shred I was a few weeks behind. Mondays workout was aweosome. It was my favorite back and biceps day to date! Busy week for me this week but still gonna make fitness a priority for me at least 5 out of the 7 days 💪🏼 Stay salty athletes
Is anyone else taking a week or two off from the intense weight training after that wild 8 weeks? I was sore nearly every day and my body wanted a break! I’ve been jogging or doing old school step aerobics everyday this week! 🤣 For those of you doing something different to mix it up between Jenny’s programs, what are you doing for exercise?

I came up with all of the excuses not to get a workout in today. I wanted to do Tabula Rasa but it's also almost an hour. I let the entire day go by. I've made these workouts so a part of my routine that I felt guilty for skipping today.. I don't feel burnt out, otherwise yes, a rest day is necessary. I look forward to these breaks and I didn't give myself that so I felt the guilt settle in the later it got. So here it is, 8:50pm and I did the quick 20 minute mini cardio. I feel SO much better, like my day is now fulfilled. But also what the HAIL?! mini cardio does NOT mean mini effort 😂 that was tough! Bring it on!!
On sessions that I have completed before, my goal is to go heavier on weights. Today, I picked the sumo deadlifts and increased it to 70lbs. I did not have a lot of rounds, but I kept the same pace with good form! Building that foundation up!
