So what do I do if I don’t have a door in my living room? Close to were I am working out?

I did the full body under suggested sessions. I remember learning pop ups and then finally get it. Tonight I did all 5 rounds of pop ups! And then felt like man that was easy! Then after I got done I had someone come up to me said how long have you been working out to beable to do things like that. So then I got talking about my journey this amazing app and the community. I hope she tries the app out she said she isn’t happy with the app she has.

Erika Sanchez thank you! My back I have a hard time. I try to go for the heavier weights but then I feel like I lose form. So happy I could go heavy this session!

Week 8 back session completed a few hours ago and holy shit I already feel it this morning and am loving it! Went up and weights too!

I 100% know what you mean. I am the exact same way. It’s the not at the gym confidence that I get that I love! The things that I know I wouldn’t of done before but doing Jenny’s workouts make you feel like you can do anything! At least try knowing if you fail that’s ok attitude! Way to slay you look amazing!

Wow final leg day was my favorite. I was disappointed I struggled with the beginning. Couldn’t lift as heavy as I wanted but I got over it. Some days you are just off. But wow the primal moves are my all time favorite! What a fun final leg session this was!
