I did week 7 leg day this morning. Let’s just say I cannot wait for yoga in the morning. My 🍑 hurts my legs hurt it all hurts. Love being sore though! Makes me feel accomplished.

Jenny Fisher he appreciates all the cheers. Loosing weight and being healthy has been a roller coaster for years. Finally find a doctor that listens helps in the right ways isn’t basically saying well yea your overweight of course you have that. Not all doctors are that way but he sure did find a few of them that were like that. Praying he can push thru any hills in this fun crazy journey!

You guys my husband decided to get a gym membership we decided to do a family account. Loving this not only for me but for everyone. My MIL goes does laps in the pool. Our girls can go swim or go to daycare. They love it! Ryan and I go together 4 days a week. I do my get salty sessions why he uses the machines. I tried the machines I cannot drive me nuts I love swing weights! We got up at 6 am this morning to go to the gym together just the 2 of us. He hasn’t complained once I’m so proud of him! My husband is trying to make a difference in himself he is challenging himself I’m loving it! Today he said earlier this week when he decided to just walk for an hour he said it felt long. Today he said it was the opposite that dang I only have 10 minutes left. Dang I’m done. He said he was a little sad. So proud that he had that feeling already. He knows it’ll come and go. Showing up like Jenny says is half the battle!

Annie haha that’s too funny! That is a great one to save on those stressful days! Definitely can work off stress with that one!

Got done with the challenge workout and my 6 year old who did it all with me says what we are done that’s not a normal workout 😂 I knew what she meant or was short but your right Hadalynn that wasn’t a normal workout at all 😂

I am so sore this week even from doing the handstand session my a$$ was so sore! Loving these sessions!
