Such a great workout. Hard, but great. Yes, taking a week odd did a ton for me mentally and physically.

No apology necessary. I am sore, in the best way possible.

I am a week behind….after a much needed week off. (Thank you Jesus for slowing me down from time to time. ). Did last Wednesday’s thigh and glute session. That brings a whole new meaning to “back in the saddle!”

I love this, “enjoy the process. “. There is something profound about that. I think it might be called grace. Grace for ourselves, our abilities, and all that we accomplish individually and as a group. Looking forward to “restarting,” after being forced to take a week off. Again, “enjoy the process “ and giving myself grace.

Everyone is doing amazing!  Wow!  I am so impressed by this community.

I never thought about doing the boxing with the cardio, Brilliant! I did the cardio twice. Okay, it was so bad, but oh so good. Maybe someday I will look like you and Jenny. 😉

My husband travels often, but when he’s home he will often get salty with me. He was able to join me both yesterday and today. He was so salty (and excited) today because he has a workout he can do in the hotel room….without equipment and tennis shoes. Who knew boxing was for hotel rooms?  Great workouts as always!

Don’t work out too hard….you have a race to run Saturday. And you need to make it to the bar before everyone else for Bloody Mary’s and Mimosas. That sounds like my kind of race!

Jenny, for what it is worth you have inspired me in ways I didn’t know were possible. For the first time in my life I am beginning to accept my body. And, actually accept it for what it is and isn’t. I believe many of us go around “stuck” in our heads. We have let others, the media, and our own negative patterns tell us who we are.(and we compare ourselves against it). You are correct when you have said many times, “this is the year of you.” This is as much about self acceptance and love as it is about being an athlete. Change is hard! Thanks to this community, and you Jenny, I am starting to change.

I love your dogs! My husband had a Viszla growing up named Abby….he’s always talking about her.
