You can follow JennyFisherfitness on instagram and Jenny will post 15 minute workouts. Some are full body HIIT, some are core, some are legs or arm focused. They are very challenging!

Does anyone else use the instagram workouts for cardio? I’ve been mashing up 2 or 3 and doing 30 minutes of cardio with them on Saturday mornings. Just wondering if I’m the only one that leans on these. I’ve found them to be ultra challenging and a fun change of pace!

Perfect for a rainy Saturday morning! Heart rate up to 150, which for a former runner with a resting Hr of 48 tells me this was a calorie burner! Thank you!!
